A deposit of the first nights charges will guarantee your reservation for the day of your scheduled arrival. Once the reservation is made, and if it is cancelled, the security deposit and all payments will be forfeited. Applies to prom, group, reunion as well as any other and all reservations.
If you fail for any reason to make payments required on time, the reservation will be cancelled. All prior deposits and other payments will be forfeited.
NOTICE: If you make payment by Credit Cards, there will be an additional 3% surcharge.
TAXES: 17% (6.625% State Tax, 5%, NJ State Occupancy Tax, 3% City Tax & 2.375% Property Service Charge)
